Lifecycle Renewables
We've recently started working with this wonderful company Lifecycle Renewables. They convert our waste vegetable oil & fats into renewable fuel! (How cool is that!?) We just found out, in the past quarter, we've generated 520 kWh of electricity! Which is enough to displace 32 gallons of diesel fuel & power an average American household for 17 days.

Check out these miniature take-out containers from an event we recently catered. Each filled with Shanghai Noodles, the guests then had their choice of toppings & sauces to create a personalized meal.
